Are H&R Block experienced pros or sloppy flunkers?

I just wanted to say something everyone is bashing H R block i work for a franchise and there are 9 people in our offices and here is the years of experiance per person 21 years 16 years 12 years 12 years 9 years 8 years 8 years 5 years and 1 year so as for hiring flonkies off the street some may do but not around here.
