That's what happened to me during the off season.. And this year I basically started from where I was in the middle of last year's season. Not in the end of last year's season like I was intending to do. But I've already set personal records in all of my events, so it's not that bad. When does your season start, isn't like another year from now? You should start training a couple of months before the actual season, cause right you're just gonna get lazy and quit again.
