IN DILEMA please help me?

please help me...i am in great dlema....i did my btech in computer science.but problm is i had 20 backlogs in total..though i cleared them in 4 yrs itself.this is making me hard for my further studies in US or canada...i hav my toefl 93 and gre 920 btech agregate 56% inter agregate 87 and 10th 75%.....though i get admision in universities fr my MS and MBA ( applied for both)...i am not able to cross the visa...i got rfejected thrice....now i am dilema what to do....please suggest some way fr me to do my MBA in US or Canada
