What does my girlfriend need to know?(guilt problems)?

I don't think there is anything to tell. I mean you flirted but nothing happened. I think she wants to know when you have done something serious that would harm your relationship such as cheating. You can't tell her every little thing that you have done wrong because you'd be telling a lot. No one is perfect.
