Medical tourism? how can it be advantageous to one country?

People going abroad to get medical treatment will have to pay for the treatment, this will bring in cash in this country. Furthermore, if they are accompanied by a relative, this person will probably stay in a hotel for which he will pay, and will most probably spend money on various other things. All this will be a revenue for the country.
