Will Penndot suspend my license again for not paying my violations in Philadelphia, PA?

Ok! So my license was suspended for about 3 years or so. Penndot sent me a letter making me aware of my release date but it also gave me a list of tickets that need to be paid. It will be eligible for reinstatement on July 1st in a cple of days. However, I have about $1000 worth of ticket violations that must be paid. If I pay them off or go on a payment plan will they reinstate my license automatically? Or will they suspend me again for not acknowledging the tickets in the first place? (Im a single mom, going to school with a a part time job...finances are a pain so I haven't really had the money)
