BREAKING OUUUT :( help mee please..?

Heyy, so all almost all freaking summer I had clear skin. I was sososo happy because I've struggled with mild acne since 7th grade (im in 10th now). Ive been to the derm. and i got prescribed aczone once and differin and then this one pill but i havent really taken the pill a lot because my acne had cleared up before i even began to take it. I only have a couple pills left now though cuz i take it off and on. BUT NOW schhool starts in a week and my face is completely broken out. I seriously wanna cry. Ive tried doing a mask and stuff but my face is still bad. It was finally going away and now its back ;[ Is there anything I can dooo to clear it back up?? Going to the derm isn't an option right now..
