Do you think a lifetime FELON for REFORMED ex-inmates is FAIR? ?

Because society is sick of criminals committing multiple crimes and than heading back to the street after their time in jail. ( getting more violent after each jail stint) If you commit a crime go to jail get out and than commit a crime again you have not learned your lesson the first time and should be locked away..
