Does HMS get a percentage?

From what I understand Stewart/H racing is using HMS engines, cars (chis), and who knows what else. Does this mean that HMS gets a percentage of their winnings? If so then shouldn't Tony and teammate be considered part of the HMS team? Isn't there a limit to the number of cars per team and is this a way around the rule?
