My Anton Schneider Cuckoo Clock isn't working properly!?

After wanting a cuckoo clock for years, I finally bought one. While hanging it up, it fell off the gallery hook I was attempting to set it on. Now when it cuckoos, it doesn't "koo-koo" right - it only goes "koo". Is this a simple fix, or do I need to take to a clocksmith.
