Samsung omnia II msn problem help plz :s?

okay, so, i recently got a samsung omnia II from bell. i set up all my contacts as well. then i signed into msn instant messanger, (or whatever the bloody hell you want to call it) and i didn't read through the little pages that explained all the options because i'm freakin' stupid :| so anyways, my contacts went to my phone book, i deleted them, i went on messanger and all of my contacts were gone ! D8 could anyone tell me how to get the contacts back ? ):
